Whitebox Yarra Valley Chardonnay 2017
Straw-gold in colour with a slight green hue, the 2017 Whitebox
Yarra Valley Chardonnay exhibits a classic varietal bouquet of peach
and fig with traces of vanilla. These fruit characters are complemented
on the full-flavoured palate by spicy French oak, leading into a
satisfyingly-lingering finish showing minerality and crisp acid.
Grapes for this Whitebox wine are sourced from our vineyard in the
renowned Yarra Valley wine region, and fashioned with respect to
terroir and tradition.
Drinking well now, this wine will continue to develop in bottle for
many years to come.
